● Website development

Websites that are fast, and built to last.

Built from scratch, we implement the correct architecture your site needs to ensure it is future proof and loads instantaneously.

Chapter 01Discovery

“Will you actually understand my business?”

A web development agency that shows its numbers

Plenty of agencies show screenshots. We write the numbers into the brief before anyone opens an editor.

We agree what the site has to do, then agree what it has to survive: the load budget every page must meet, the handsets it gets tested on, and the date it goes live. Those numbers are the job. A build that misses them is not finished, whatever it looks like.

You deal with one person from first call to handover, and the developer who scopes your build is the one who writes it.

Chapter 02Built in the open

“Will I actually like what you build?”

Custom web development when off-the-shelf runs out

Booking flows, quote calculators, member areas, client portals. When your business needs something a page builder cannot produce, we write it.

You get a staging site you can click through from the first week, not a slideshow at the end. Every deploy runs the same checks: the forms end to end, the slowest page against its budget, every field reachable from the keyboard. When you send a note back, it lands in the next deploy and you watch the figure move.

Describe the feature you need and we tell you what it costs to build.

Chapter 03Working together

“Will I actually enjoy working with you?”

Web design and development under one roof

Split a project between a design studio and a development shop and you pay for the gap: details lost in handover, blame in both directions, weeks gone.

We build in the same room the work is drawn in, so nothing gets translated twice and nothing arrives as a surprise. One contract, one timeline, one team answerable for the result.

You get a fixed quote before we start, and the number holds. See our web design services for the half that happens before the code.

  1. Scope

We agree what the site must do and pick the stack that serves it. You get a fixed quote, a page list, and a launch date in writing.

  2. Environment

Staging goes up in week one. You click through the real thing on your own phone while it is still cheap to change.

  3. Build

We hand-build the templates and wire the integrations. Each page gets held to the load budget and tested on real handsets before it ships.

  4. Handover

Code, content, and hosting come to you, with a recording that shows your team how to run it. No licences left ticking.

Chapter 04Once it is live

“Who looks after it once it is live?”

Hosting on the stack we built it for

A site is only as fast as the machine serving it. We host what we build, on infrastructure picked for that specific build, so the load budget the site was written to hit is the one it keeps.

One monthly figure covers the server, nightly backups with a restore we have actually rehearsed, certificate renewals, security patches, and uptime monitoring that wakes us rather than you. When something dips at 3am, you hear it from us.

None of it locks you in. You own the code and the domain, the notice period is a month, and if you move we run the migration out ourselves. See what the plan covers on our hosting page.

Chapter 05Proof

“Will this actually make me money?”

Website redesign services that protect your rankings

A redesign can wipe out years of search equity in a single deploy. We map every URL on your current site before we touch the new one, redirect the pages that move, and carry over the titles that already earn clicks.

Then we rebuild the parts that cost you visitors: the templates, the images, and the scripts holding your pages over a second. The budget agreed in chapter one is the one the finished build answers to, and you see the before and after in the launch report.

Chapter 06Our side of the risk

“And what if it does not work?”

If it has not paid for itself in a year, we build it again

Every agency asks you to carry the risk on a number it will not stand behind. We stand behind ours.

If the site has not returned what it cost inside its first year live, you get the re-design and the rebuild free. Not a partial refund, not a credit against more work: the job done again, with everything the first year taught us built into it.

It works because the number is agreed before anyone opens an editor. We name what counts as a return in chapter one, measure it in your analytics rather than ours, and write both into the quote. It is also why we turn work down: if we cannot see where the return comes from, we say so instead of taking the brief.

Website development questions, answered

Questions07 answered
How much does website development cost?

The quote lists each page and feature, so you can compare it line by line against any other proposal. Custom features and stores cost more. The number holds once we agree it.

How long does website development take?

Six weeks on average from first call to launch. You get the timeline with the quote and a working staging site to click through before we go live.

What platforms do you build on?

We pick the stack per project: hand-coded Next.js where speed decides it, Shopify or WooCommerce for stores. You get the recommendation and the reasoning in the proposal, along with what it costs to run.

Do you host the sites you build?

Yes. Managed hosting on the stack the site was written for, with backups, monitoring, updates and SSL handled for one monthly figure. You are not tied to it: the code is yours and it runs anywhere. Our hosting page lists what the plan covers.

What is the ROI guarantee?

If the site has not returned what it cost inside its first year, the re-design and the rebuild are free. We agree the number it has to return before the build starts, and it goes in the proposal alongside the price, so both sides are measuring the same thing.

Do you maintain the site after launch?

Yes. Care plans cover updates, backups, and security patches. You own the code and the content, so you can also take the site and host it anywhere you like.

Can you take over a site another developer built?

Yes, in most cases. We audit the codebase first and tell you whether it is worth extending or replacing. You get the reasoning and the cost of both routes before you decide.
